We value your time. You will be pleased to find that we will generally see you right at the appointed time. We will make every effort to complete your treatment in as few visits as possible. In order for us to be efficient with the time that we have scheduled for you, we would ask that you also be prompt and always give 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment so that other patients on our waiting list may be served.
Our office hours are: Monday – Thursday :: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Appointments are reserved as early as 7am with last appointments taken at 4pm*. The office is closed from 12pm-1pm for lunch. *hours are subject to change
What to expect at your New Patient Appointment
ChildrenComprehensive examination, bitewing xrays, oral hygiene instruction, cleaning, & fluoride treatment. Adults Comprehensive examination, full mouth series of xrays, oral hygiene instruction, probing of gingival pocket depths, & regular cleaning if oral health permits. Should oral health not be in a healthy maintained state & the patient requires a more entailed cleaning, we will schedule them accordingly upon checkout. Our office is completely digital. If you have a set of x-rays taken within the last 12 months for bitewings or last 3-5 years (depending on insurance coverage) for a full mouth series that you would like us to use, they must be emailed to mosaicdental@live.com prior to your first visit. We require x-rays on all new patients & will only accept them in digital format; otherwise, we will take them here at your first visit. A panoramic image does not constitute a full mouth series. If children are in braces, their wires must be removed prior to their initial visit at our office. Any services not provided with payment assistance by your dental carrier will be due by the patient. |
